1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Korporate Konnektions Management Services (“KKonnektions”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including our website at www.kkonnektions.com and our online visa services portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.

2. Description of Services

KKonnektions provides visa processing, PRO (Public Relations Officer) services, Emirates ID applications, medical fitness coordination, health insurance arrangement, and related government liaison services in the United Arab Emirates (“UAE”). We act as an authorised service intermediary between you and the relevant UAE government authorities.

We do not guarantee the approval of any visa, permit, or government application. Approval decisions are made solely by the relevant UAE government authorities (GDRFA, MOHRE, ICP, etc.) and are outside our control.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. If you are using our services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account on our portal, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include government fees, typing charges, and our service fee unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, once you have made a payment for a specific service, the price for that service is locked in.

Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway. We do not store your credit card or bank details on our servers. By making a payment, you authorise us to charge the specified amount to your chosen payment method.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If government fees have already been paid to the relevant authority on your behalf, those fees are non-refundable. Our service fee may be partially or fully refundable depending on the stage of processing at the time of cancellation. To request a refund, contact us at support@kkonnektions.com.

7. Document Submission and Accuracy

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and authenticity of all documents and information you provide to us. Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent documents is a violation of UAE law and these Terms. We reserve the right to refuse service and report any suspected fraud to the relevant authorities.

We may reject or return documents that do not meet government requirements. We will notify you of any issues and provide guidance on how to resolve them.

8. Processing Times

All processing times quoted on our website are estimates based on typical government processing periods. Actual processing times may vary depending on government workload, public holidays, document quality, and other factors beyond our control. We are not liable for any delays caused by government authorities.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of Korporate Konnektions or its licensors and is protected by UAE and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, KKonnektions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KKonnektions, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the laws applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.

13. Modifications to Terms
